It’s late, I’ve been studying all day….and I wish I could write something more enlightening but I am just a lady, with a simple lady mind. Hahahah, I’ll let Sarah Haskins do it for me….
AND Happy Birthday to my dear friend John in New York who I’ve known since 1996- I call him John but now he goes by Philip….which is funny when I talk on and on about “John” to whoever is sitting on the bus with me to NYC, only to have him there waiting and introduce himself as “Philip”….hahahah….that look is priceless. Really, I DO know this person!
I’m going to give you the link to his blog….now I know you’re thinking that I only put this here because he says wonderful things about me. You’re absolutely right.

Thank you for the link to your friend’s new blog, his second post really struck a chord in me as I have a LOT of guilty feelings about the past and sometimes I think that is the worst part, is trying to forgive yourself and move forward.
BTW, I love your blog too!!! It really makes me laugh and girl you tell it like it is. Keep up the great work. Just remember, for all those out there that are mad, it is only because you are just telling the truth.

Thanks, Janice…I’m going to call John right now and tell him he has TWO fans! Hahaha, that’s why I’m so excited about HIS blog, because has been through one *heck* of a life and he has so much wisdom and experience and he is one of the funniest people you will ever meet as well. I LOVE what he says about shame, and it made me decide to post this blog on my facebook (rather than hiding it from my mormon friends/family)….because it’s ME and if they are uncomfortable, like you said…I’m just telling my truth.

Thanks for the super quick response but I have another question for you and I will probably sound super dumb but there are probably others wondering the same thing so here goes.
On both yours and on Philip John’s blog I have tried to “subscribe” as a follower with no luck. My blog is on blogger and I have no problem signing up as a follower but when I tried to subscribe on Philip’s it came back with a mac login so I couldn’t do it.
For yours though, I don’t see a “follow” link.
Please help!!!!

Well, I thought I did it but it’s not showing up anywhere…I now have an email/share option but it doesn’t look like it sends you notifications. I’ll tinker around a bit more with this on Sunday….Sorry about that!
